Winter Banner, with Marcy

Happy New Year!  Let's bring the New Year in with some fun!  We will be making this banner using icy blues and whites with loads of ribbon and tulle to warm it up.  The house always looks so bare after the Christmas decorations come down, so this cute piece will help fill a spot!  This banner is hanging at the store now on the front desk, so drop on by to check it out!

Nonstick craft mat.
Adhesives (liquid, dry, glue dots etc.)
Dimensional foam squares or tape.
Scotch tape.
Scissors.
Tweezers.
Pencil, eraser and ruler.
Baby wipes.
Gloves.
Paper towel.

Please bring if you have:
TH Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink and foam blending tool with foam
Hole punch
