SNEAK PEEK! 12 Cards of Christmas, with Gina, Maresa, Bonnie and Charmagne

Memories and More is pleased to offer you a quick and easy way to kick off your Christmas card-making season.Join us in November as Gina, Maresa, Bonnie and Charmagne debut a series of three kits, totaling twelve beautiful cards, that we laughingly call Instructor in a Bag. Starting November 1st, continuing November 25th and finishing November 29th we will release three kits, each kit consisting of four cards.
Each kit features a different paper line, and we have coordinated stamps, Nesties and embellishments to match. Each instructor has made one card per kit, so you will get four completely different takes on the materials used. The kits will contain all the paper pieces, pre-stamped/embossed images, die cuts etc. that you need to make the cards, so all you need to do is assemble. You will also receive a tutorial for each card, complete with photos, the "recipe" and a list of the supplies used in that particular card.
As an token of appreciation, anybody purchasing all three kits will receive a coupon. This is a one time coupon worth 20% off your entire purchase, to be used at Memories and More, and will be valid until December 24, 2011. [Sale items are excluded from this offer.]
All three kits will be available for mail order, for a small fee of $2.50 per kit

SNEAK PEEK! Dear Mr. Claus, with Maresa
Cosmo Cricket has a new line of paper that just screams 1950's, and I found myself making some cute, simple cards with [*gasp*] almost no stamping. I know! You are wondering where the real Maresa is!
For those of you who are beginners, and may be just a little intimidated with the more advanced card classes, this will be right up your alley. We will be making three cards where the focal point will be dies or punches, so no stamping experience is necessary.

SNEAK PEEK! Dates To Remember Too, with Maresa
Before you know it Christmas will be here, why not get a head start on your gift list? Everybody can use a helping hand to remember birthdays and anniversaries, and this little date reminder book is a great present for that hard to buy for person. [Mother-in-law, anyone? ;)]Authentique has done a beautiful job with their new paper lines, and Unique certainly is lovely. This little book boasts a binding that remains, well...unique, to all the album techniques that I've taught to date. Pair the lovely prints with inking, punching, ribbons, flowers etc., and the finished result is an eye-pleaser.
This book is perpetual as, in addition to a full tutorial, I will provide a .pdf file of all the month pages.

SNEAK PEEK! Out of Print Mini Album, with Maresa
Continuing my love affair with Basic Grey Out of Print paper... this little album is a marvel. It features all sorts of pockets, tags and flip pages that will fit 4"x6" photos, and the binding is constructed in such a way that your book won't "sit funny" when you fill it up. You won't believe how much you can put into it!
You will learn clever, but insanely simple, techniques that will allow you to modify, expand, and add to the basic design. Before you know it, you will be designing your own albums. There are no rules with this album, and each person will end up with an album that is unique to its creator. As usual, there will be a complete tutorial, chock full of photos, for you to have for future use.
Pre-registration [and full payment] will be required for this class, as supplies will have to be ordered to accommodate all registrants.

There are so many beautiful new paper lines at the store! When I saw the new Out of Print line from Basic Grey, I knew I had to use it. *swoon*
This class features three cards, and are non-specific so will lend themselves well to most any occasion.
We will be using a myriad of punches, Nesties, ribbons, lace, and a ton of layering to create a look that is shabby chic, but in an elegant, gentle way.

The store has so many new lines of Graphic 45 paper in, and I have to say, Communique is one of my favorites! Paired with awesome Hero Arts stamps, these cards have a vintage feel with a few punches of bright colour.
We will be making a trio of all purpose cards that incorporate tons of stamping, inking, die cuts, ribbons and a few other fun surprises.

With Father's Day and Grad coming up chances are you just might need some manly cards for those special guys in your life, but it's a challenge to make cards when you can't pretty things up with ribbons and flowers. :)
Tons of stamp, dies, embossing folders, inking, layering - and a few surprises, all come together to create a set of cards that are designed to fit any occasion.
SNEAK PEEK! Butterfly Garden Cards, with Maresa
Yup, I am one of the masses that has fallen in love with Pink Paislee Butterfly Garden. The collection is amazing! The colours are soft and pastoral, without being washed out and insipid.
I think they would make great Mother's Day cards. With this in mind, I am going to try to sneak in a class before then.

SNEAK PEEK! Bohemian Birds Cards, with Maresa
As always, the rich, vibrant prints from Graphic 45 make my heart happy! ;) This card class pairs Le Cirque papers with fabulous Hero Arts stamps, plus a myriad of fun embellishments to create a visual treat.
I will be showing everybody an awesome inking technique that takes no time at all, and creates the impression of watercolour painting.
NOTE: This class requires that you bring at least one ink blending tool, and several ink blending foams.

This is a little bit of trompe l'oeil. :) It might look like a small hard-bound book, but it is really a card that has a hollow inside. [This makes it perfect for tucking small little surprises into the interior.]Featuring The Paper Loft printed papers, Hero Arts Stamps, Tim Holtz dies, Martha Stewart punches, and lots of inking and such, this card is a fun change from the usual.

SNEAK PEEK! Lemonade and Lollipop Book, with Annette
Using Basic Grey Porcelain and June Bug you will make a double flip-flop book which unfolds, and unfolds, and unfolds. You can enter photos, quotations or keepsakes as a memorable gift or as a special something for you to include your memories.
The pictures of the project follow, starting from the fully opened book through to the fully closed. The actual sample is on display in the store.

*If you like to INK the EDGES of your paper, I would suggest that you bring a light-to-medium pastel pink ink pad and, if you like to do so, a sponge.
